01. Bookings Policy

  • We strongly recommend that sessions must be booked in advance to avoid any disappointments.
  • Bookings can be made using our online booking system (expected to be available from June/July 2026). You can access our online booking system from our website, Facebook and Instagram pages.
  • Bookings are subject to availability.

02. Late Arrival Policy

  • Players are recommended to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before booking time.
  • Sessions may be shortened where customers arrive late to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

03. Payments Policy

  • Full payment is required before the commencement of your session.
  • We accept upfront online payments via our booking system once it is available using Credit/Debit card. Alternatively, for phone bookings payments can be done to our PayID.
  • In person payments are usually not encouraged however we do take cash, EFTPOS and PayID should you require to extend your booking subject to availability.
  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Public holiday and peak-hour pricing may apply.

04. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to another day. More than 24 hours notice may be able to be rescheduled for a future date subject to availability or refundable less a $5 admin fee.
  • No Show: Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund or credit will be provided.
  • Reschedules: Bookings may be rescheduled subject to notice provided more than 24 hours prior to the start time of the booked session, lane availability, and a limit of one reschedule permitted per booking.
  • Venue Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, safety concerns, power outages, staff shortages, emergencies, or events outside our reasonable control. Where this occurs, customers will receive a full refund or booking credit.

05. Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Family Add-on Membership is available only to immediate family members residing at the same residential address. Proof of residence may be requested.
  • Membership is subject to the applicable minimum commitment period for the selected membership plan.
  • Membership fees are payable by monthly direct debit in advance.
  • Membership will continue on a month-to-month basis after the applicable minimum commitment period until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • All bookings must be made through the Ravenhall Indoor Cricket online booking system. Phone bookings may not be accepted.
  • One (1) complimentary Regular Lane hour is included each calendar month. Complimentary hours are not transferable, redeemable for cash or carried forward to future months.
  • Member-exclusive discounted rates apply to a maximum of one (1) lane booking of up to one (1) hour per member per day, subject to availability.
  • Member rates apply to the standard lane capacities:
    • Regular Lane – up to 4 players.
    • Bowling Machine Lane – up to 3 players.
  • Additional players will be charged the standard +$10 group fee per booking.
  • Membership bookings are available during the centre's normal operating hours.
  • Member discounted rates do not apply during Peak Periods (April to September, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
  • All bookings are subject to lane availability.
  • Standard booking, cancellation and no-show policies apply.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing membership benefits with non-members is strictly prohibited.
  • Family Add-on Memberships must remain linked to an active Primary Membership.
  • If the Primary Membership is cancelled, all linked Family Add-on Memberships will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise approved by management.
  • Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher or special offer unless otherwise stated.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Cancellation is permitted after the minimum commitment period with a minimum of four (4) weeks' written notice.

06. Pre-Purchased Credits

  • Credit Purchase: Prepaid credits can be purchased through our online booking system or by visiting our centre. Each credit may be used to book available services as listed on our platform.
  • Validity Period: Credits are valid for a fixed period based on the purchase amount or promotional offer at the time of purchase, which will be clearly displayed on the customer’s account.
  • Usage of Credits: Credits can only be used for eligible bookings, are subject to availability, and must be applied at the time of booking rather than retrospectively.
  • Pricing Changes: Credit values and pricing of services may change at any time without notice. Credits retain their face value but are subject to updated pricing at the time of booking.
  • Expiry: Any unused credits will automatically expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended, reinstated, or refunded.
  • Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or redeemed for monetary value.
  • Booking Cancellation & Changes: Bookings made using credits are subject to our standard cancellation policy if cancelled or modified.
  • Account Usage: Credits are linked to the purchasing account and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold without written approval.
  • Management Rights: Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw the credit scheme, including validity rules and usage conditions, at any time.

07. Safety & Conduct

  • All customers must treat others with respect. Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Please use our equipment and facilities appropriately as instructed by staff / management.
  • Children under 16 must be always supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Customers must always follow staff instructions and safety protocols.
  • Players must wear appropriate sporting attire and footwear.
  • CCTV is in operation within and outside the premises for everyone’s safety, security and incident investigation purposes.

08. Damage to Property and Equipment

  • Customers may be held financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts of malice.
  • Where equipment is supplied, it must be returned in the same condition.
  • Damaged or missing equipment may incur replacement costs.

09. General Facility Rules

  • No food or drinks (except water) are allowed on the playing courts.
  • Personal belongings are your responsibility. The centre or management is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Any items left behind on premises will be placed in the lost & found basket near the nets seating area. If not claimed within one week, it will be discarded.
  • By making a booking, entering the premises, or using our facilities, customers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, spectators, guests, and organisations using the venue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking where these Terms are breached.

10. Waiver of Liability

  • Participation in activities at Ravenhall Indoor Cricket is at your own risk.
  • Indoor cricket, bowling machine practice and other sporting activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, property damage and other hazards that cannot be completely eliminated.
  • By entering and using the facilities, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravenhall Indoor Cricket, its owners, employees, contractors and authorised representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from your participation in, or use of, the facilities, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
  • Parents, guardians and supervising adults are responsible for ensuring that children under their care are appropriately supervised, comply with all venue rules and use the facilities safely at all times.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and physically capable of participating in sporting activities. If in doubt, medical advice should be obtained before participating.
  • We strongly recommend that all players, coaches and participants hold appropriate personal accident, medical and public liability insurance where applicable.

11. Website Use

  • The website and its contents are owned by Ravenhall Indoor Cricket Centre. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without our prior written consent.
  • We are not responsible for external links or third-party content.

12. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during bookings will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or facilities constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
