Upul Fernando brings over 23 years of international coaching experience across Sri Lanka, England, and Australia. Specializing in batting, wicketkeeping, and high-performance player development, he has worked with cricketers ranging from grassroots beginners to elite athletes. Upul’s coaching philosophy centers on building robust technical foundations, cultivating mental toughness, and equipping players to perform and compete at the highest level.

Ashan Ranaweera

Cricket Australia - Level 2 High Performance Cricket Coach

Ashan Ranaweera is an accomplished cricket leader and coach, holding an Occupational Coaching Certificate 4 Cricket (PR) and combining professional experience as a former First-Class player with a proven history of success across Sri Lanka and Australia. His extensive 15-year tenure as Coach at Mt Beauty United led to 11 Club Championships. Demonstrating elite leadership skills, he recently guided Burnside Springs United Cricket Club to the VTCA Russell Pollock Shield Premiership in 2025/26 as the Premiership Captain/Coach.
